Firstly, remove the undertray as per (http://www.s2forum.com/forum/showthread.php?t=26412). Then proceed as follows with the car still up on axle stands...
EDIT - Something to bear in mind is that you need to pay attention and/or take measurements to ensure the bumper is correctly aligned when it is refitted. The normal way to line it up is by adjusting where it sits before the four main bolts are tightened. An alternative method is to remove the bumper where it connects to the body brackets so as not to lose the adjustment position - assuming it was in the perfect position in the first place.
1 - Remove the Torx (25) headed screws and any others you see where the bumper attaches to the edge of the inner wing
2 - Remove the indicator each side (one screw, a connector and a wiggle)
3 - Remove the foglights (two screws, a connector and a wiggle)
4 - This exposes two 13mm bolts, each side, which secure the bumper to the body
5 - Separate the edge of the bumper where it overlaps the inner arch trim
6 - Pull the bumper forwards and away from the car, resting it on the ground
7 - Remove the water hose that provides the feed to the headlamp washer jets. Top tip is to lift that hose up above the level in the washer bottle to reduce spillage if a suitable bung isn't to hand.
I'll stick and close this one... Maybe adding a photo or few to add some colour and texture It doesn't merit much discussion unless someone thinks I've missed a trick.
