Hi all,
I have spotted a slight leak from my steering rack, fortunately it is both visible and accessible and appears to just be a leak from the plate circled in the photo attached.
I noticed the plate was covered in gunk and now cleaned I can see it’s definitely seeping. The question is what is sealing this and can I get a replacement seal and replace in situ?
Not a major issue but if the car is left for a day or so it introduces air into the system and I get an air lock, peddle judder and the red exclamation…. Bleedable with a few full locks of the steering and some brake pumping but annoying none the less!
Any advice appreciated.
