S2 Coupe ABY - Front Inner CV same as 2.6 80?

if that works well then probably the best route. Driveshafts are getting harder to get hold of unfortunately. I don't think I have anymore but will check.

Cheers for your help. I ordered a front inner cv boot kit to fit RS2 since they didnt have S2 in their system... i assume it will fit no worries?

The v6 inners are different from what i've seen, they have a webbed/half moon style cut outs at the gearbox ends.
I also think 20v ones are different as well, they are of a smaller diameter.

Which one is it that you broke?

drivers side inner front... actually i only bent the boot holder part (that brass sleeve that holds the boot) so the joint is probably still fine, however i'd prefer to just replace the whole thing since it travelled some distance with a broken boot.

maybe i'll have to just replace the boot to get it past inspection, and order another cv online...

So long story short i need a new inner cv ASAP, and there's only a handfull of S2's in Aus so I was wondering if any other audi models have the same inner cv? Do the audi 80 quattro models all share the same one as the S2?
