Hello friends,
I am in process of rebuilding suspension on my RS2 and I have run into small issue and I hope that some of you can shed some light.
Car is RS2 and came vith KW Var.1 coilowers installed by previous owner.
A took apart coilowers to clean then, install new bushings on bottom where schock connects to control arm and then I came to my problems.
First: The fronts are adjustable via small knob on top of the strut. If i turn the knob clockwise then the schock gets softer and if I turn counterclockwise shock get harder. Isn´t this supposed to be other way around??
Second problem is i cant figure out how to adjust the rear ones. I trided pressing the piston all te way in and then turning ( KONI rears are adjusted this way, i did this on my friends Audi TT ) but nothing happens
. Is it possible that only fronts ones are adjustable and rears are not on early Var1 KW´s??
Please help
