Does it fit? Does anybody had make this experience?
The autobox used with the UrS6 AEC V8 was the CST, PN 018300035JX. This was mated to the std UrS6 (non-locking) CKF 37/9 rear diff, 017500044N (or 044H). So the crown/pinion in the CST autobox must be 37/9. The CST was exclusive to the C4s between 1995 and 1997.

    Good question.

Why is the ECU doing RPM from the G40 hall sender? I thought RPM was monitored via the G28 engine speed sensor (counting flywheel teeth).

Yea,No intention to argue if your infos is the facts.

I have seen some cars has inaccurate tacho by checking

The tacho and cc as I have shown you on the clip.good to

    know that.

    Look.

The limiter in the ECU's 551B (fitted to auto UrS4), 551D (fitted to auto UrS6) AND 551F (fitted to auto UrS6) is all 6600 rpm.

This is what is written in the ECU, this is where it cuts fuel. I know this because I have held in my hand EACH of these ECU's. I have on my computer EACH of those software, and in ALL of these the limiter is 6600 rpm.
Your tachometer is not accurate, nobodys is.
The ECU is pretty good at cutting fuel at the limiter, as you can see in my video.

If you like, you can type ten pages of text, that still won't change the fact that stock ECU has 6600 rev limiter and the only reason you are seeing 6700 or whatever RPM is because the tacho is incorrect.
You saw the video, you realize that I can see the RPM not from the tacho, but inside the ECU from the hall sender?

Also, AAN manual limiter is 7211, ADU limiter is 7196, now quit arguing against facts :/

Well,i think i remember the exact number on my car.

    Stock

ECU(551 D) cut off the fuel at 6,750RPM
TCU goes to the limp mode at 6,900RPM.

I think the TCU allows more RPM before the goes to the limp mode since

when manual shift sometime it goes beyond 6,750RPM like the RPM overshoot.

when upgraded the aftermarket ECU.it will remove the RPM limited to 7200RPM

anyway,i still have n't upgraded the TCU which means i still shift the gear only upto

6,900 RPM.I hope this's clear for my statement.

Well,Here's the clip. All UrS6 were sold in Thailand will have the same RPM cut.

I'm running my car with 034's GT2871 s/w which means the ECU will cut the fuel

off at 7,200RPM anyway,I couldn't shift the gear beyond 6,900RPM because I'm running

the stock TCU.If I Rev the engine above 6,900RPM,the TCU will go to the limp mode.

See at the end of the clip.I tried to REV the engine exceed the limiter and the Gear

positions will be all lighted on.I have made up mind to go for Manual Trans conversion

though. My car is 1995 model.

The ecu gets rpm information from the hall sender, where does the dash get its signal? And if you wanted to calibrate the dash what would you do?
