I need driveshafts for my cabrio project. The shafts need to have "large" wheel side cv joints, and 108mm inner joint. As far as I know, 5speed s2 and 7a fwd has the shafts I need, but they are hard to find. Is it possible to swap 7a coupe quattro inner cv joints from 100mm to 108mm? The shafts inner splines has 33 teeth and I thought if it is possible to use early vw transporter t4 inner joints. They have 33 teeth also. So does anyone know if the splines are the same?
Are quattro and fwd driveshafts equal in length?
Is there any difference in 5 vs 6speed s2 shafts?
