--For an easy way to reduce and optimize your photos in order to get the max out of your storage space, pick up Easy Thumbnails. It's a free, easy to use, works great, can reduce multiple images at once and you can adjust the settings (size, compression, quality, etc) all you want.
--To create a category, click on My Stuff-->Category Admin, and then the Add Category button. Enter a title for the category, a description if desired, what category it's under (ensure you pick the right one) and click Add Category. This is especially useful for creating categories in the Gatherings and Projects categories.
--Speaking of which, if you want to post a photo and there's not a specific category, create it. For instance, Mark could create a category under Projects titled Marks' Monster Motor and then post his ongoing project photos in there. Or Greg could create a category for his upcoming Garage Meet in the Gatherings section.
--If you want to post a comment on someone's photo, click on the photo so it's full size, and click on the Post Reply button (or use the quick reply box) at the bottom of the page.
--If you'd like to use a Gallery photo in the forum, click on the photo to bring up the full size image, copy the text in the BB Image Code box, and paste the code in your forum post.
--When you are viewing a full size image, you've got some very cool tools at your disposal. In the title bar, click on the Rate Image to show it's owner what you think. Clicking on the Image Tools brings up (or down) a drop down box where you can view and print the image, add the image to your Favorites, post a reply or report to a Mod if it's naughty....
--To delete an image, when you are viewing the image, go to Image Tools-->Edit Image. Tick the box and click Delete.
