clearly i have a few wiring connectors to plug in! And i have ordered the "plug and play" 1.8T coil wiring loom from 034EFI. Good think Javad, saves me messing about and making a rubbish job of it

You can experience problems regulating boost with the OE wastegate, when using a high flow tubular exhaust and large blower.

The reason is as Steve said, Cees had boost control problems with stock wastegate so i have fitted a larger one, stock is 32mm.

And i have to hold my hands up, i didnt do the welding, my good mate Dylan has done that. Should be making the exhaust system and wastegate pipe this weekend. 3" exhaust system with 2 boxes and 2" wastegate pipe.

Should do the trick nicely. I hope.

Yes that is a GT35/40R, im hoping for something around 575-650bhp and a whole load of torque.

Are you going to be stripping out any excess weight off the car tom?

I love the throttle cable. Very neat.
That IM looks a bit shiney though. You need to get some corrosion accelerator on it to make it blend in.

I might take the sub box out!! LOL. I will be taking the rear seats out for GTi this year, but for every dya use it will remain stock, including the AC!
