I'd suggest reading thru the Engine & Turbo section for advice on engine mods, a remap will only take you to ~280bhp and without a lot more work you wont break the 300bhp barrier with stock setup.
There are a few choices for ECU upgrades, i personally went with MRC as they seem to have a lot of very satisfied people, there are others about tho, each has there own opinions.
Doug_RS2 on this forum or Mihnea, are the guys to speak with from MRC, you should find them very helpful and will be able to advise on what parts are needed to obtain the power you want.
I would strongly suggest reading thru some of the sections here first tho as you will find that 99% of any questions you may have, will have been answered before.

I have been reading some of the forum messages before i posted the request i have had a couple of S2 and an RS2 LHD previous
Both 3b S2's and i have used an ECU chip and wastegate kit from collins motorsport...they were good for between 245 and 260 bhp
I love the cars but this avant has been dry stored for 5 years it was slighty damaged and ive only just got round to putting it back on the road..
I have a nice 560 bhp v spec skyline as a toy so have spent the last copule of years playing with the japs..
I still have a UR 1988 fitted with a ABY lump that requires finishing and loads of bits inc engines etc for them all..
