    New S3

Audi are finally making a new S3.

What amazes me is that its only a 2 litre 4-pot.
Makes me think that there'll never be an RS3.

"the high-performance turbo weighs in at just 152 kilos" I'm guessing they mean the whole engine weighs 152kg (but then Im not even sure if thats light for an engine, coz its not really a liftable amount, because the 2.0 cossie engine that i helped stripped down was moveable, and I can't imagine moving 152kg around!)
...ever since I floored you I knew that I loved you!

Full details on the new S3 here including a load of new photos. No specific mention of Haldex but it does talk of a "electronically controlled hydraulical multi-plate clutch".

Am I right in thinking Tranverse = Haldex, Longditudinal = Torsen?

In which case the S3 will be Haldex.

An electronically controlled hydraulic multi-plate clutch IS a Haldex.
