Not all 5 cylinder cranks are the same. I had this problem once before so BTDT. Just as I thought I had found a replacement, it proved to be the wrong one. The difference is in the big end journals. Some have 46mm and some have 48mm.

The left one is the better version from the 20v turbos and some 7As.

I have three cranks: from ADU, ABY and a 7A and they are all identical
