Etc card reader

I have a 2022 Audi Q3 imported from Japan and I’m located in the Caribbean.

Every time I start the vehicle, I get a voice notification from the Electronic Toll Collection (ETC) system saying, “ETC card is not inserted.”

I’ve already tried:

● Disconnecting the ETC card reader located in the glove box.

● Disabling voice notifications through the vehicle’s MMI settings.

Unfortunately, neither of these solutions stopped the warning from playing at startup.

Does anyone know how to permanently disable the ETC system or its voice notifications?

BTW this is the "S2 Forum", they're a bit more mechanical.
