Octavia VRS

What is it about Octavia VRS Drivers. Just because they have the fastest Skoda available, they think that they are the fastest car on the road!
In the last two weeks I've had to dispatch 4 of them, all of whom thought that they were the bees knees!

The latest one was only this morning when I was on my way to my local Audi Dealership (to throw more money at my ailing S2 ). I managed to pass him, but he dicided to play along. It wasn't until after I'd passed 3 trucks and 3 cars in one go, and then disappeared into the distance that he gave up trying.

I just think that they don't know what they're up against. I've removed the S2 badge from the front grill, but I've left it on at the back. This way, they don't know what I've got until I've passed them. Even then, they still don't recognise the badge. I'd have thought that 18x8 wheels and a twin exhaust might have made them think twice though!

Sorry about the rant, but if you know anyone with a VRS, tell them to get the hell out of my way, 'cause I'm coming through!!!!

Funnily enough

I get the same problem with Golf TDI drivers. Perhaps they take the adverts a little too seriously, or perhaps they are just bored sales reps forced out of their Vectra SRis by the company car tax regime?

Arggg. We have the same problem here but only with bmw 325x old models. HATE THEM! They think if they bought this crap for 1000$ and installed K&N filter , they are the kings of the road.:mad:

I had no badges on my car at all. No agressive spoilers. Only front grill with KAMEI badge on it. Only the roar of my exhaust gave away the origin of the car. It was stock tho. Don't know what previous owner did to it.

The only time I had a nice ride was when I need to get to college quick. Even SAAB AERO and s8 didn't have a chance to catch me.

Now i have this crappy honda and stupid slk.

BTW It's been a while since I want to ask british people why they buy thouse Nissan Sunny's and Old Pegouts's and tune them mad ??? What point in this ??? The look like crap even after havy tuning. The reason I'm asking is becouse I read Tuning Magazine every month(russian one) and there are articles from UK Red Line magazine. Lot of Sunny's

I had an imprezza try to keep up with me on my way home from work last night. At one point he tried to overtake exiting a roundabout but had to give up as he just couldn't get further than my rear quarter and that was with my dodgy lambda probe. Hope to see him next week when the new one arrives so I can really show him who's boss.
