    German Stadt seals

Does anybody know the correct Stadt seal that goes on the German style plates that I have just bought for the S2?

The guy selling them states that the Wolfsburg seal is for VW/Audi,should it not be the Bayern seal because Ingolstadt is just north of Munich?

I would have thought Bayern, Munich is in Bavaria and Ingolstadt is only about 40miles north of it.
