    Audi workshop manuals

    Hi guys,

    Does anyone have anything that resembles an Audi workshop manual for a early quattro? I can't find a Haynes manual on the Type85 CQ (only the 2WD 80s/GT5s).

    Also I bought some workshop manuals off ebay, two CDs came in the post and it appears to be original audi dealer interface. I can find out information about how to service and change parts on 2000-reg A4s etc, but can't seem to get any info about my CQ (or S2 for that matter). It did say on the ebay add that it did cars from 85 onwards...


    So any info or help on how to change a clutch on a CQ would be helpful! If you have any private info that you would like to PM then I would be very grateful! Im starting the Job tomorrow afternoon at 4ish, so fingers crossed it all comes off easily enough!

      Look for the Bentley manual or CD for the Audi 4000 and Quattro - its good gear.

      Erwin has limited info available on the UR - the Bentley is your best bet.

                  Put a wanted ad on the 'motorgeek site' for the Bentley manual, got a copy for a friend for $50 used...if you can wait.

                      How good are they? Worth paying a bit for and waiting for? Im sure Ive got 100s of other things to put staight on that car, so will probably pay for itself in terms of time spent trawling forums for answers!

                          Trust me - get that Bentley - loads of relevant info in one hefty tomb of a book. Used to have one many years ago.
