30mpg? Surely a misprint! Only if your foot has a life time supply of redbull to give it wings

Very interesting, have any other Audi's ever been supercharged?

Hell yes - the 'Silver Arrows' from Auto Union were all supercharged - V12 and v16's that produced 550BHP

Then there is always Rosemeyer's 1937 Auto Union Streamliner world record car with a 6.5L supercharged V16 that cruised to 406kph

So I guess in that regard, yes, Audi have a bit of experience/history

Is it just me? Or is the swage line all wrong on the shoulder of the new A4? It goes along past the doors quite happily before turning downwards at the end making the car look like an old speedboat. It makes it look too soft and not at all aggressive IMO.

          Anyone else?

30mpg is plausible as you can easily bypass the SC and thus turn it into a slightly inefficient direct injection normally aspirated engine, more than likely with a jean burn mode and very precisely controlled injection. A mate's S4 biturbo used to regularly see 31mpg on the run from Bristol to Swindon. Lord knows how!

The body looks nice and all, but i am disappointed in the power plant? I was expecting them to bring back the v6 bi-turbo, like i had heard. That was going to be a sick engine but now the 3.0 TFSI? I dont know...
