Guys, do we think it's a good idea to try and get the Audi Channel interested in the Audi Community? Perhaps ADI or something, where else can you see a classic quattro and an R8 toying on track?

i think the challenge there is for Autometrix to address as it's their event, though they have made some progress with offical representation from Audi Uk in thelast couple of years. I'm sure a few seniors from AUK were at last years event too. It'll be for Audi to get their marketing dept to engage with a view to getting some cameras there etc.sigpic

Again... Audi Channel is essentially a big advertising campaign... trying to sell new cars of course... with the occasional bit of history lessons.
If we get enough of a wave on this 'heritage' thing then they should embrace events like ADI and the club communities of these 'devotees' to use that word again. Trouble is always going to be how to do that and not have a a bunch of chavved out TTs and S2 owners modded to the max horsing about like non eco-friendly petrolheads...Paul Nugent
