Help needed urgently URS4

I am on my way to buy a URS4 witch has a RS2 turbo, 3" exhaust, some dahlback chip and a dahlback open air filter kit. The thing is the car has not been properly used in a while, so when i went to test drive it as soon as boost comes over 1,5 bar (On a real gauge not the digital one in the dash) it cuts out one of the sparks. the bloke has tryed a different coilpack but then it cut out at 1 bar. then he put his own back and then it was 1,5 bar again. What are my options?? Sparkplugs?? That was the issue with my S2 that did exactly the same thing. can someone please guide me on this one as i really like the car but i want to get it running properly for not a lot of cash as it is quite cheap as it is.

Oh yeah i am going to get it within an hour so help is needed now!

Any vag com codes?
could be allsorts... does it rev all the way if you don't use full boost? boost leak?
sounds a bit strange to get more boost from coil packs how old are the plugs?

Hi, he didn´t get higger boost with the coilpacks, it just cut out earlier, the car runs fine on 1st 2nd gear and revs all the way. it´s just as if the ignition cant cope over 1,5 bar... runs fine under that. dont know how old the plugs are either

Sounds like a small boost leak. or a fuel pump problem.
You need some codes to help...

It only cuts out 1 cylinder under heavy boost. fuelpump has been changed not very long ago. What should the gap be on the sparkplugs?? I have no acces to vagcom unfortunatley...

Oh only one cuts! sorry missed that..
POS, plug or plug connector.
gap should be 0.7.

Well, i didn´t but it, it was meant to be a daily dirver and with insurance and tax prices quite steep as it is, i bought a A4 1,8T quatro instead. not as much fun, but it will do for a run about=) Thanks for your replies anyway!
