well after spending a weekend lavishing time and money on the s2 i have been rewarded with the coveted OK on the dash. so pleased

jobs done
-Stripped interior to deep clean with a VAX machine to get rid of the dog smell and rebuild.
-changed all the blown bulbs with working ones
-fixed broken speedo so it now works
-installed new speakers and head unit
-changed oil and filter and new spark plugs
-fixed faulty boot switch so number plate lights and dash lights work

jobs that now need to be done
-new sunroof seal
-new front washer bottle as its split and new pump for rear washer bottle
-get new inlet manifold gasket and change it cuz its failed
-i think a new exhaust manifold as theres a split in it
-machine polish the beast so it looks nice and shiney

all in all a busy three days and now im nackered

I bet you are after doing that, at least the next list of jobs shouldn't be too bad.
