JP's S6 and Will's Audi 80 gopro footage

A friend loaned me a gopro HD so I could see what it would be like to use before purchase. Going to have to experiment with wind noise when mounted to the outside of a car but real happy with the actual shots it takes.

Looks good, ive been considering one of these as i could use if for motorsport, snowboarding and MTBing. Footage looks ace, how did you mount it?

Mounted it with the motorsport suction cup. was a bit unnerving at first but so long the car panel is very clean we can proudly say it holds upto a high enough speed not to worry about it. Been looking online at sound solutions and people are making little aerofoils that cup around it to reduce wind noise seams to work quite well. So looks like a week of experimentation ahead :-)

I belive its worth as it´s no money to talk about, ~20 quid to your doorstep

I have this camera aswell and the problem is not the wind its the wind rumbling that occure when running in high speeds...

I´m going to order this myself seems to be the cheapest way without modding the camera house.

There is a video of a corvette using it aswell, and he drives over 150km/h and it sounds pretty good i think...

BS again in this video, because the camera is turned the wrong way around.

the only option is to make an external mic for the gopro hd, or buy a gopro hd 2.
