Which carpets will fit my '96 ABY coupe?

Hey guys, I'm looking for a good black main carpet for my '96 ABY coupe.

Will carpets from standard coupes, cabriolets, Avants and saloons fit? I keep hearing conflicting stories about what will and won't go, and don't want to fork out money on something that won't fit my car.

Ive been told those from avant and coupe will definetly fit. I have a carpet from an avant to fit, so I will soon find out

I've been to the local scrapers today on the hunt for a carpet.

Unfortunately, all the Audi 80 carpets were unusable, but the Audi A4 carpets look remarkably similar and the dimensions are approximately the same. (even around the transmission tunnel, and they have the semi circular cutout for the underseal vents as in the 80)

Does anyone know if they fit straight in?

this is very likely to be as the 80 isnt a Quattro 80!

90 or 80/90 Quattro should be the same from coupe/avant.

A4 shares the same rear end and tunnel as 80/90 Quattro so this would be the reason why they look so similar

PM me what your after as i use a lot of big "scrap" yards due to being addicted to being a scrap yard dog lol
