    That looks the Doggies B******s.
So good to see one that's not been molested. Proper Car
I love my S2, but looking at photo's like that still brings back pangs of guilt that I sold my Ur.
Thanx for putting it on here

Looks lovely, especially with a proper steering wheel ! Must have been gutted about the jack incident on the near side...

I'm not sure, I think i'd prefer it with a 20v RR nardi steering wheel.

mild tongue-in-cheek, but it does look nice. Might look better with a non badged one? Agreed on the Nardi, it is definitely the wheel of choice for these cars.

Yeah must admit the nardi has been the steering wheel i've had on most of my cars its just right so to speak, nice size, decent chunky feel and you can still see the clocks etc fine with it.

If it wasn't for the number plate that is identical in looks to the pearl white 10v bare metal restoration parked next to mine the boys just finished at quatto coachworks. Lovely cars, deep down love to own one but don't think I could go through the grief of building another car now. I'd want to buy one done.

Thanks for the kind words! It's always nice when you find people who appreciate what you've done.

The car is indeed Benjaminos. He's a fine chap who kindly agreed to let me do a little piece on it. As you can see from the site I'm really into some of the older generation cars, mainly because in my eyes they tend to be a bit more interesting than some of the modern stuff, and also because you can pick something incredible up for very little money and run a true drivers car for next to nothing.

I've always loved the ur quattro and recently I've been drooling over S2's (ive even featured it in The Drivers List). Suffice to say that if I had the cash I reckon an S2 would make a properly good practical drivers car. Well, more practical than my MX5 anyway

                          Cheers

Cracking pics - beautiful car.... also a good read for the bove - although one big error on the S2 write-up
"In 1993 an updated version came on stream that ousted the unloved Servotronic steering in favour of a quicker (2.6 turn vs the old 3.3) conventional rack"
It was only the servotronic that went, the rack was always 2.6 turns, even on the original 3B S2...
Honda CBR 1100XX Blackbird Turbo....undergoing major changes.....
S2 Coupe... bit easier off the line...
'03 ZX12-R daily hack.... lots of nice bolt ons...
