Isnt it unusual for the MY 1995 car to have a 4 spoke steering wheel?Comment

I don't believe that any of those cars are Japanese - there are no over-sized air fresheners mashed into the vents or brightly coloured plastic monsters on springs stuck to the dashboard.Panthero Coupé quattro 20vt

You could be right also, but I know that there is a Grand Prix white RS2 in Japan.1980 VW Golf GTI Track Car

Not unusual at all surprisingly.
The Japanese love there LHD european cars. Most mid to high end European cars are LHD in Japan. Manufacturers even import them LHD for the Japanese market. An example of this is Japanese spec E46 M3 CSL's - all LHD. It also seems to be a 60/40 split in favour of LHD B7 RS4's, and on it goes.1980 VW Golf GTI Track Car

Quite right. Japanese love LHD import cars. Both official and grey importers legally import them. Not unusual at all surprisingly.

Rare cars like Porsche 964 3.6 Turbo S Flatnose were all LHDs and imported by Porsche Japan.Comment

I've once read that the Japanese find it prestigious and honorable to own an LHD european car.Kind regards
