    Advice: Buying a 2.6 V6 Cabriolet

Found a mint 2.6 V6 Cabriolet, going to see it on Thursday with a view to buying, its an auto, 2.6 V6, everything looks solid on it from the pics and the mileage is sub 100K which I am pleased about (including a cam belt at 80K - will ask about the water pump)

I had a 2.6 Cab before, but a manual, what are the pitfalls of the Auto that I need to look out for? and their prospective cost of repairs?

Also, did some come with standard fit recaros as this one appears to have them?

Well I'm not sure they came with Recaro's as standard but if your not keen on them I can always take them off your hands and give you some beer vouchers and two standard coupe leather seats

V6's are bullet proof IF serviced regularly
For what this cost me so far I could have bought an S2

        Good to know!

I've never had an auto before, so thats going to take some getting used to, but after switching to an S4 (V8) as a daily, I want something chilled for the summer, to go on holiday with and general pootling around... this one looks like it doesn't need too much, just seen people post things over the years like:

        V6 + Auto =

Here in the US the auto transmission is the weakest point in the drivetrain. However, some people have kept their cars going with frequent maintenance on the transmission, changing the oil and filter around every 30K miles. I'm fixing up a 1996 2.8 and that is the next item on my list.
