The S2 and RS2 were never sold in Southern Ireland, also all new cars only changed over to kph after say 1996, so your best bet is a European 'mainland' car.
HTH.
I would say that the market for the cars would have been considered too small for such an expensive car at that time.
Even now with a not very educated guessestimate can't be more than approximately 30 cars B4 S cars in Southern Ireland.
Not sutre about the RoI, but I know of at least one blue RS2 that was sold new in Northern Ireland, probably via Issac Agnew's Belfast dealership. I'd not seen anything about the car at all, but when it pulled up beside me while I was outside a shop in my hometown of Portstewart, I just thought "Wow that's cool - I want one of those one day", and I eventually got one.
Racing's important to men who do it well. When your racing its life. Anything that comes before or after is just waiting.

Is it kph in New Zealand ?
Yes, kph here in New Zealand.
I was possitive that my stepfathers 1994 Saab 9000 Turbo that he purchased new in Ireland was in kph.
I would have thought that the NZ market would have been about the same size as Southern Ireland? Well population wise. Back in 1995 we (NZ) had a population of around 3,000,000.
