What sort of value would a low owner 85k a b y avant be worth?

Condition and history are the thing. -
Depends who is buying it and how highly they rate it. For me, if a bit battered, some dings, no recent cambelts, lack of history and general wear not commensurate with mileage, then £3k. In good nick, with history, maybe the belts done in the last 2yrs or so, drives well etc, about £4.5k. A minter with near perfect paint, proper history, drives spot on and cannot be faulted, then at least £5.5k+
