    Very carefully!
I ve a trim removal tool (bit like sprung pliers) but even that isn't brilliant

Try a fishing wire garrot and carve through the sticky pads-which are incredibly sticky

yes heat but it also melts the plastic trim

they are 3 strips of dubble sided tape that holds them down and i have broken both sides :wall:
yes a heat gun will get them loose but it also melts the plastic before it comes off

still its worth doing as there is a lot of rust behind it

after a good wire brushing with a drill i found some holes

so a good tip is if you are thinking of a respray then it's worth removing them
or get a waxoil gun and try and get under them
