WTF Audi Tradition is soooooo slow...

It's going to take me all night to put together an order, every time I get close the bloody site times out. What is wrong with these muppets, if you're going to get overcharged for car parts at least make it quick.

Ha ha, the one and only benefit of selling my S2 is that I do not have to withstand the pain of using that website. Good luck with it.

They do have some parts, and know how to charge, but practically everyone who uses it complains about the difficulty in using and navigating around the site.

You'd swear they didn't want the business.

You're not the first and certainly won't be the last.

      You are not alone.

Just used it for the first time, open an item in a separate tab and your first session expires so you have to browse back from the beginning again. What a wonderful bit of web design.

Checkout part worked ok, even if it did just cost me €50 for a diff oil seal. *grumble grumble*

Nah this is the weird little diff lock grommet. I've tried everything to seal that hole up and still dribbles out all over the place, figured its cheaper than adding oil every few weeks.

My thoughts exactly, short of being required to learn enough language they couldn't have made much more taxing to actually find what you want and buy it.

I hate the site but do use it grudgingly.

                Hi,
My diff lock is leaking too. Do you have a part number for the grommet ?.Would be a great help if you have. and secondly is it much of a job to fit it ?.

Its 017525075A https://trshop.audi.de/konakart/Quic...5075A&x=11&y=9 The base of it has a metal ring with the rubber moulded around it so there is a nice tight fit into the diff housing. On mine the metal ring had corroded and split the rubber around the inner edge. When i had it out i used a large socket and hammer to press it back into the housing, though i'm not looking forward to trying that with the diff in the car..

I spoke to a chap called Eric on Friday, I made him aware that the site is unacceptably slow, especially given what they charge, top money, ***** service, he was very sincere and listened and seem to take onboard what I said!. Fingers crossed!

Try a google search with the part number followed by "site:trshop.audi.de" without the quotes.

That way you use google to search the site rather than their ultra slow search system.
