Please help with rs2 buying guide

i would be most greatful if any one could shed some light on what i need to look for when buying an rs2, i have spoke to a few people and the general feel is that they are pretty much bullet proof!! I have always owned subaru's and evo's and they have certain problems that are common across the range.
Your help would be wonderful
ALSO IF ANY ONE HAS AN RS2 FOR SALE WITH LESS THAN 80K RHD AND FSH please contact me i am ready to buy immediately

take a read through S2central.net and Scars.org there are buyers guides on both sites. The S2 is very similar to the RS2 engine wise. The brakes on the RS2 for the handbrake can be a bit ropey. Also worth checking rs246.com for RS2 info too.

Yep, but The S-cars buying guide is just an edited version of my guide at S2central.net so you won't find any major differences. To be fair its been quite a while since I wrote that guide and it could do with some updates.

The RS2 has a few extra things you need to check - including that it actually *IS* a proper RS2 and not a converted S2 Avant. The RS2 has a unique chassis number scheme to separate it from ths ordinary Audi 80 chassis numbers.

I know of an Rs2 (rs blue!) with 60k on the clock. Ive only seen photos of it,
but it looks absolutely mint. If you're interested I can send you the guys details.

RS2 for sale

Just a quick one for the guys that have pm'd me regarding the RS2 for sale. It is not my car but one that I know of that should still be for sale, having had an email asking if I am still interested in buying.
