I wondered why it was so quiet!

*listens for any sounds.....none are heard except the faint mutterings of nothing escaping my lips...*

Yeah it might be quiet but at least when he was on there was someone else adding in input and offering advice/knowledge. Be good when he is back.

What the ecu chippers did to jamo's ecu

Following on from the thread about chipping the ecu in which dest and jamo was betting on.

                Part II - The ECU

The ECU was opened and the chips read

Mihnea diagnositic of the cars chip -

Stock RS2 fueling, no timing advance, incorrect chip checksum hence why i was seeing control unit defective in my vag-com sessions.

On opening of the ECU it was obvious why it was leaking.

                Spot the MAP sensor anyone

This all started because i bought VAG-Com and the car was throwing up codes some big ones at that.

After today's trip to MRC it gave no fault codes.
I think Jamo will be back an sooner than you think

I thought this was old news, there's no MAP sensor because he has a Greddy electronic boost controller

IIRC he did have a boost controller at one time?
