  • practical question of apartment rental

Im trying to look through rentals in the UK.I cant figure out what P.C.M. means in prices.
for example,an apartment that costs 400GBP pcm...does that mean that its the monthly rent?Does it include or exclude something from the price?

    cheers

It is rare, but you will sometimes find PLM, which means Per Lunar Month, or every 4 weeks...
This means that there are 13 lunar months per year, as opposed to 12 Calendar Months pet year...
Honda CBR 1100XX Blackbird Turbo....undergoing major changes.....
S2 Coupe... bit easier off the line...
'03 ZX12-R daily hack.... lots of nice bolt ons...
