        What about a multi bird roast?

        So you start with a
        : Monster turkey about 10kg stuffed with the following birds (in order of size)
        : Goose
        : French female duck or farmed english
        : mallard
        : chicken
        : gunie fowl
        : pheasent
        : partridge
        : wood pigeon
        : woodcock

        a few knife skills and alot of butchers string

                Turkeys are a all year round bird not just seasonal, although you may strugle with a "fat" one in the middle of summer....
