            That is pretty cool, would be interested to see how that would stack up against a comparably skilled mainstream martial art.

              IMHO it's as per the Krav Maga and other military self defense methods/technics, simply a cocktail of more martial arts.
              In this particular case I see a lot coming from Aikido.
              I'm saying this because I did practice this art for 29 years and I can notice the similarities.

              He's a bit stiff because he lost his left leg just below the knee in 2000......

              The KO punch it's impressive thoug..... the rigt point hit with the right movement and energy.... KO

                When I did the Ladoga Trophy Raid in 2007, A Spetsnaz team entered the event. They came across as some very scary guys! Every morning they would get up, go for a run, come back and do some lifting (logs, etc) and then do some bare knucke sparring! I like to think I can look after myself but these guys were something else.
