As far as I know, the seller is unable to leave negative feedback on a buyer when the buyer has paid up. The negative option isnt available.

yup, this is the case. only the buyer can leave rotten feedback.

I cannot believe you didn't know it was buyers who can only leave negative feedback.Its been that way for 6 years now at least. Thats why ebay changed it because of tit for tat.

By the way,sellers can leave negative feedback just not in the traditional way but this way. NEGATIVE,NEGATIVE NEGATIVE,NEGATIVE TIMEWASTER!!!!! so at least it warns others about potential problems. When they reply which is possible all you do is reply and elaborate a bit further so you get another load of characters to give it with a 12 bore.
