I would not recommend it.
If your buying a car from a company they will not accept payment from paypal or credit card as payment can be reversed in favor of the buyer.
I would only accept a deposit via paypal then cash or even better bank transfer to complete transaction.
The old saying buyer beware does not apply anymore, The seller has to be just as vigilant.
