Spotted - Dark blue S2 coupe in Brighton

Saw a smart dark blue S2 in Brighton last sunday. Was on a J registration parked near the Marina.

Anyone on the forum?

Quite possibly my old one, J928TKX did it have avus alloys?

That 's the correct reg number. Body work was in good condition.

When I saw it there was a mixture of wheels - 3B and ABY alloys.

I hung around for a few minutes to see if the owner was about - but no one appeared. If they did see me they may have thought who is the weirdo looking at my car.

It’s a great car I regret selling it, it hadn’t seen a winter during the 4 years I owned it or for 12 years previous to that, the owner before me was a chopper pilot who only used it in the summer months. She’s done just under 200k and still looks well.
