Q.. whats the magic method to free up the ABS Sensor? ..my hub is off & soaked in WD40 also tried with heat gun but ABS sensor ( all 4) will not remove.

If you used heat they are probably already toast!
I don't think there is an easy way. I lost two of mine on disassembly.
You could try soaking the whole hub in bilt hamber detox for a day of two. That will eat the rust away which holds them in.Nothelle S2 Avant

They either come out easily or you have to dismantle hubcarriers and remove sensors with grinder, drill and hammer. Replacing hubcarrier is also an option.
If the sensor seized, there is no easy way (out of my experience).Comment
