Where do i get a Brembo Caliper Black Rubber Link Pipe as spare parts ?

For RS2 Brembo Front Caliper .. i need a supplier for the short Black Rubber Link Pipe that joins up the two sides of the caliper hyd,s
Advice is appreciated as the parts list says this is not an available item ,, would prefer to get the complete Rubber / Steel Link Pipe if that was available.
Or do i just make up a single brake pipe as the replacement?
