I got myself a sealey vs820 for about £45 and it does the job nicely. Just need a bit of hose and a container to bleed fluid into.

I have the Sealey VS020 which works very well. I also have the gunston easy bleed which is a bit of a faf to set up but works well to. The gunston pressurises the brake fluid reservoir with fresh fluid in a container and you just open the bleed nipples one by one checking you have sufficient fresh fluid in the top up bottle. It works off the pressure of a spare tyre. The VS020 is a vacuum bottle that runs off a compressor air line. You connect it to the bleed nipple and it sucks the fluid and air out as you open the nipple. You need to keep an eye on the res bottle all the time and keep topping it up.

And I have one of these which is ok if you are on a tight budget. It says it's one man operation but get someone to pump the brakes while you open the nipple otherwise air can suck back around the nipple thread as you get out of the car to close the nipple.
