Part Number Help - Screw with attached washer

Does anyone now the part numbers for these type screws, pic attached.

According to ETKA they are 4.8mm, they come in various lengths. On ETKA the bolts are listed separately to the washers. But I'm looking for the screws with the built in attached washers that cannot be removed.

Used in numerous places on my S2 including the headlight fixings and the expansion tank.

How many do you need I might have a few

Have a search in the standard hardware in special catalogues
Oval head panel screw (combi) and 4,8 using a decimal comma not point

Should be something like N 090 186 6

The 19mm ones are N10003203, if anyone else needs the number
