Dear Forum members I have an Issue with my Touareg. It is 2005 MY with R5 2.5 Diesel engine Code BAC.
Right now it uses the 7L6612101 brake booster from ATE (03.7869-2601.4). This part number is nowhere to find new and Ate gives for my car with the 1LB brakes another part that is missing a hole for a "positioning" sensor (distance sensor that senses how far one presses the brakes.
Does any of you have a clue or access to VW service data? All ETKA catalogs I found does not list this part at all!
Should I leave this sensor out?
