It’s a 2.3 10V, looks like the NG engine, though I think it was called an NF in a C4 chassis.

Thanks Kit, in 2022 I can’t imagine there are many five pot C4’s left, but then again, this one isn’t actually surviving looking at it!

No problem, that car looks rough as hell and it's only got a poxy 130 odd BHP K-Jet engine, yet seems to be attracting bids. Really makes me wonder what my much higher spec 2.8 Avant quattro is/will be worth once I resurrect the old girl.

Unfortunately working on cars isn't something I can do at the moment due to my bloody niggly elbow, still it's been stood for years so I dare say a couple more months isn't going to make a blind bit of difference in the grand scheme of things.
