I’ve bought three from Tanya recently and went for the OEM brand. Previous to this I got one off eBay and it was faulty and they didn’t want to know.

Euro Car Parts were recently very good on a return for me.
Avoid Halfrauds at all costs, I have a two year old battery of theirs which they refuse to take as a return.
Tayna are very good although I haven't had to return anything to them.
Carpartsforless is another name for Euro Car Parts and they have several ebay stores which are often the best price available especially if there's a discount code on.

Bosch S5, 5 year warranty, I had one from ecp, it failed after 4.5 years, simple exchange.

Thanks Guys. Think I’ll stick with Bosch and go for the s5 option as per Martin thanks. ECP offering discounts on Bosch parts but nowt on the batteries even though it’s saying no code required. Probably just me will try again later lol.

If you’re looking for a new battery, Bosch is a solid choice. For most modern cars, the Bosch S4 or S5 series is reliable. You can get them from Euro Car Parts, and just make sure to pick the model that matches your car’s specifications.

S5 007 Bosch is a snug fit (S2 ABY Coupe) but the best in my experience. Don't forget the vent tube often now missing. Also perhaps take the opportunity to fit a trickle charge connecting lead exiting into the boot.
