Yes mate, h493ett red 20v quattro sport with black quattro logo interior, tubular manifold, rs2 rep front bumper, scorpion exhaust, ram-air filter, s2 dials amongst other things. Very quick car compared to some 20v's i've been in and sounded like nothing on earth. He sold the wheels on ebay on sunday
I contacted him shortly after he had it and asked a few questions but it was not till just recently that he replied to my questions and said what he did with the car, it annoyed me as I said to him that i'd buy it back if he ever wanted to get rid of it and the prat went and did that to it.

Ohh ! I love a happy ending ! Unlike what happened to my old white coupe ! Spent a few bob on her, sold her to a right muppet when I got the quattro and he proceeded to destroy it !
Talking of happy endings, when can I come and get some bits off that V6. Pete ?
Before Si gets his hands on it
For what this cost me so far I could have bought an S2
This morning I picked up my Haynes manual for my 80 (type 81), just to look up something and tucked in the back were two pages I printed off Pistonheads on 5 May 2009..... of E 802 VOV
The car was for sale and I'm sure it was in northern England and possible an Indian name I only printed the pictures not the full advert, as I was sooo impressed with the look, and I thought the 17" 10 spokes really suited the overall look.
I can see why you would like it back !!

Yes it was an indian bloke that owned it when I last saw it for sale, I did briefly speak to the owner of it but annoyingly it was the wrong time for me to buy it back. I do miss the car as I did have some good fun with it when I owned it and I know all the faults with it and why I ended up selling it cheap.
I still have those pictures from the adverts plus a lot more.
