I won't repeat the words that came out of my mouth when I read that, would make a grown chav blush. Thats outragious, reminds me of the last time the fuel blockade was on and that bloke charged stupid amounts for fuel he had.Comment

I filled up from breathing fumes yesterday... Its the first time I have filled up here and broken the 50 quid barrier...., but only by 17 pence....
This was for 100 octane too (supposedly....)
But, it offsets the cost of wheel and suspension repairs caused by the worst roads this side of Mother Russia......

I remember when I first started getting fewer litres than £'s when you filled up and was thinking- this is bad! But now I'd love to get fuel for £1/litre LOL.
Its bad, but who cares... if it gets the people off the road who would rather take public transport then its a bonus! I'd far prefere to have driving as a luxury than a neccescity(sp?). And hence, whatever they charge for fuel I'll pay bcoz Im a sucker for driving my car!
I suppose its different for me because I've only been driving 5years so have seen prices rise from 97p/litre to todays figures. Whereas alot of you have probably seen it rise from 70p/litre or less. Some of you even will have seen some primative 4-star sold for shillings LOL...ever since I floored you I knew that I loved you!Comment

Dear all,If anyone wants to sign this I have cos I am fed up of being ripped off
feel free and pass it around
I have also recieved this today and ohhh I am so happy to sign this one as well if it was there

I am sorry to disapoint but signing a petition is really not going to make any difference, the only chance we ever had at controlling our fuels prices was when the truckers ran our garages out of fuel, if people hadn't been so pathetic and just stuck with the truckers we would have had the uk at breaking point and the goverment would have had no choice but to listen, but that situation just proves the we are sadly to weak (as a nation) and just bend over everytime. It is now to late UNLESS we are able to create a similar situation, not likely looking considering the army was called in the last time the truckers tried. Sadly our voices now mean nothing because the oil pays for billions towards our country, one of the big ones being the army/navy etc (great
)Some new idea must be thought of, so GET thinking.
I work in the oil industry and believe me, it runs the world, the money involved is mind boggling. I am as pi**ed off as you, about paying such a ridiculous amount to fill up, especially when I work with lots of septic tanks (yanks) who pay as little as $1.90 per gallon (about 23p ltr).
I am more than keen to help any movement to get our prices to a reasonable level but signin a form is not the way.
Just so you know the games our goverment plays think about the last fuel crisis we had a while back, a fuel crisis, a f*kin fuel crisis, running out of f*kin oil, are you mad, that was the as our industry was 18months into a very very big boom, and believe me one thing we are not doing and were not doing is running out of oil. My side of the industry looks for the oil (through seismic technology we find it under the ground/seabed, and even if we stopped looking right now, the oil rigs could carry on sucking it up for another 20 years untill we would have to start looking agian..
so anyway, just though i would my thoughts.
hope we find some way to get fair prices as much as you all
