I have no idea what make of turbo it is. I took the photo on the USS Midway in San Diego i was there on my hols. There was a cool section on turbine engines and so on. First thing i though of when i saw the turbo was th forum!

I am absolutley convinced that is the turbo i sectioned many years ago, i still have the yellow plastic cote pot of paint i used for the oil gallery. LMFAO.

yes i was.

studied in computing and maths - canalside west.
fully remember the days of eden and calistos and ethos.
stayed at storthes for my uni spell other than a small period in ashenhurst.

a mate of mine used to make those badboys well the casings at a factory in Oldham. think his role was to cut the nwe groove in the compressor cover.

I was a tennant at storthes from the first year it was open, I was in boothroyd A, i cant remember the other buildings i stayed in.

I was studying a HND in some ******** engineering subject.
