Apart from the twin round Morette lights, yes I think they are.

As said above, think Bi-zenon and disconnect the angel eye crap and they may be ok.
Can't tell from the picture, especially with the chav in it.
Paint the chrome matt black even?

if you dont have late spec lights they are better than the older 3b ones.
