You can change the style the forum displays by selecting your preferred style at the bottom left of the site.
We have made an enhancement so that old threads should now link from search results to the correct thread. This is not yet in place for single post links

Id say go for it, for starters, in certain areas theres probably only one good solution, eg Porker 996 brakes.
And likewise, most people would take it as a compliment to have an idea copied/borrowed, i know i would if someone liked something i did enough to use it.
Plus, gets harder to be origanal when most of the good ideas have been done, end of the day, its your car, make it look/feel/go how you want it, whatever the combo of bits n bobs to do so
