Not sure if he's related but farmers of matlock are a family run subaru dealership. I may try and dig a bit deaper on this one. Not being very loyal to his brand if he is one of the clan. Can't blame him though can we!

Hi Dan,

Bit of a hijack here - how do you find the car now that you've changed to H&R springs?
Would be good to hear your view on these, pro's/con's etc Did you have the geometry re-set after fitting?

Hi Lloyd,

Not had the alignment, etc done yet. It's going in for new Wishbones and Bushes in a couple of weeks so they are doing that then as I now have the 18's on too.

The ride is harder with the springs and even harder and now a bit fidgety with the 18's but used to it with the porsche. The car handles much better and is so much less wallowy. Although you'll notice little rattles here and there with the harder ride. Oh, and it looks so much nicer now. Much more presence, and 'baby got back!'

Would recommend the spring change for looks alone. I drive mine a lot and put up with it but would imagine some people getting fed up with the hard ride??

So a batch of RS2 cardigans needed, or S2 if that's your thing.

Me mum said she'd knit them, one size fits all.

Dan, must be nice to know your engine has lots of life left in it.

Cardigan's and 7000 rpm just don't mix.
