How much Hp can a stock Drivetrain Handle

OK i currently own a 1990 audi 90 coupe quattro with a 3B swap am planning to build up the motor this summer i was just wondering how much Torque and Whp can a stock drivetrain hold before it blows up? My goal is around 400-450 WHP.

    Thank you

Over 500hp if you dont keep dropping the clutch ,the diff is probably\clutch would
go first ,but you would uprate the clutch anyway.

The clutch (if you get a sachs) will never fail you. The diff can break after a while, the drive shafts are the things to worry about, about 150 starts, then my diff broke.. So I can vouch for audis power in making drivetrains. The shafts can brake if your drivetrain is sloppy, or if you don't tighten it before launching.

paint some white lines along the length of the driveshafts, this way you can see if they are twisting,i have seen them as far as 180 degrees twisted on some works cars
